Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customized Orders

We do not give refunds for customized orders. Monogrammed planners and journals will be printed 4 hours after receiving the order. If a change needs made, you can contact us inside that window. Once printing has begun, the order is considered complete and refunds will not be issued. If you order custom artwork, a proof will be sent to you before printing is started. When we have your approval the order will be considered completed and printing will begin. After printing has started, we will not issue a refund.

If there is a problem with your product, please email help@hifocuslife.com and we will do our very best to resolve your issue.

Any custom orders can be cancelled and refunded any time before printing has begun. Monogrammed planners and journals will be printed 4 hours after receiving the order. Call us immediately if you need to change or cancel one of these orders at +1 (918) 973-2359. If you do not call within this 4 hour window, the order will be printed and you will be charged.

Custom artwork for covers or other pages will only be printed after we receive your approval on an art proof that is emailed to you. The cost of the product will be refunded to you. However, if we have been working on art for you, the art fee will still be applied. If you cancel before we begin working on the art, you will be refunded and not charged an artwork fee. Non-customized orders can be refunded after they are shipped for any reason IF they have not been used. We will not accept returns on used items. If the item is unused, you can get a full refund and we only ask that you pay for the shipping. Contact us at help@hifocuslife.com or +1 (918) 973-2359 to begin the refund process.

If your order has not yet shipped you can cancel it at any time for a full refund with no fees. Please call us at +1 (918) 973-2359 for the quickest communication. This ensures we receive your communication to cancel the order before it is shipped.

Financial coaching is a valuable service that is fully rendered at the time of your appointment. As such, we do not issue refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your service, you can contact us at help@hifocuslife.com.

Financial coaching services cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancelling in this time frame would leave us unable to fill the slot with another client. Within 24 hours we are also working to prepare for your appointment and are thus providing a part of the service already.

If you need to cancel your appointment outside of this 24 hour window, contact us at help@hifocuslife.com or +1 (918) 973-2359. We can either refund you or apply a credit to a session on a different date. If you cancel a single session more than twice (i.e., multiple cancellations without actually seeing your financial coach) you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of your meeting time. Rescheduling in this time frame would leave us unable to fill the slot with another client. Within 24 hours we are also working to prepare for your appointment and are thus providing a part of the service already.

We can either refund you or apply a credit to a session on a different date. If you reschedule a session more than twice (i.e., multiple cancellations without actually seeing your financial coach) you will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.

Extreme Circumstances

If something out of your control prevents you from making your appointment (e.g., a car wreck, the client has passed away and you are cancelling on their behalf, severe personal injury) please contact us at +1 (918) 973-2359. If you have a minor illness, we will move your meeting to a virtual platform. If you are hospitalized or otherwise incapacitated, we can discuss a refund or applying a credit for future sessions.
